Hello, I’m Vanya Methani – an IT professional by career, but a passionate cook by heart. My love for cooking began at the age of six, when I first roasted Parle-G biscuits with ghee and tried frying rice. Since then, food has been my greatest joy and creative outlet. I’ve explored countless recipes and cuisines over the years — cooking purely by instinct and passion, not by measured spoons, because for me, perfection comes from the heart.
Cleanliness and organization have always been my core values. I truly believe a clean kitchen brings peace of mind and purity to food. My friends often tease me for being “too particular,” but that’s what ensures every dish I prepare is hygienic, fresh, and made with love.
