Our Chicken Pickle is prepared just the way grandma used to make it — with love, patience, and a secret mix of traditional spices. Fresh chicken pieces are marinated with turmeric and salt, then boils for the piece to become soft and to drain all water from chicken so that the pickle lasts long. Scrambled chicken pieces are slowly fried until it turns golden with roasted spices, freshly prepared ginger-garlic paste, just like in a family kitchen. Finally, a touch of lemon juice and pure oil is added to preserve the rich flavours naturally.
